Tuesday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
WSP Formula T Pumpkin Pie Shave Soap
Jayaruh #1 Badger
AutoStrop A2
Feather FHS-10
Aqua Velva After Shave

The WSP Formula T Pumpkin Pie Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #1 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the AutoStrop A2 Razor and a Feather FHS-10 blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This is my first time using the Hearth and Altar products. I am impressed! We have notoriously hard water where I live but the lather jumped right out as soon as the brush was applied. The lather was very thick. I was actually surprised at how thick it was. It had that sheen I like to see from my lather as well. The slickness was OFF THE CHARTS! I mean the razor was just gliding over my skin whisking off the whiskers. BBS in 1 pass with some touch ups. No feedback from the alum. With the splash my face feels smooth, hydrated and NIIIICE!

; Another great shave with my personal favourite soap/splash set Old Spice, I find I’m using this combo 5-6 times a week. it’s an absolute all-round winner for me with cushion and glide, YMMV. The 88 RFB is still my favourite vintage Gillette razor and using this set up with the old design but new Chubby 2, I’ve got me a winning set!!IMG_1980[1].JPG

The Parker Variant OC in my opinion is one the best adjustable razors there is and at such a bargain price I love mine.
Great to see mate.
Cheers.

Hi all,
Firstly I hope you and your families have all been well best wishes to you all.

I had a very nice shave this spring afternoon with the Rocket flair tip , this classic Gillette razor works best for me with a sharp blade the Wizamet is always a good choice.
Anyone familiar with this razor knows it gives a good and somewhat forgiving razor.
The build quality of the razor like with many British Gillette's is top-notch really built to last a lifetime and then some.

The H&C year of the snake shave soap whipped up into a great thick creamy lather.
Great cushioning and protection.
The scent is fresh and clean with a great aftershave feel.

The captain’s choice cat O' Nine tails is really nice and quite spicy even for a Bay rum splash.

1 pass WTG 1 pass ATG with a couple of touch ups done.

"Enjoy your shave's"

Cheers to you all.
