Favorite razor - Glint Eastwood - 12-18-2025

Right now I would have to say it is my Aluminum Karve CB with the C closed plate with a fresh Feather blade. it just works for me today and for the last week or so.

Next week that will all change of course. Fickle...

Whats your favorite razor today?

Today its a H&S CO. DE with .75mm gap and neutral blade exposure.
Next shave well we will just have to wait and see.
Cheers.

gotta admit that my new Atelier Durdan 'Le Maurice' 1.0 exceeded my expectations.. outstanding performance..

My favorite for the past few months at least has been my Gillette Tech "Frankenrazor". It consists of a Gillette Tech head from 1973, and then a thin handle from a 1945-1950 model. This razor gives me a darn fine shave every time.

I've been eyeing this on and off for quite a while, but I feel that it might be a bit redundant for my needs..

I have one of those BC.  It is a nice razor.  Blade choice plays a major role and slickness of soap/scroap/cream/gel

Right now my favorite is a Gillette Slim, and I also like the Gillette Black Beauty.  I'm considering a Rockwell adjustable, not because I'm dissatisfied with the Slim, I'd just like to try something else.  Not totally convinced I'd like to spend $150, just thinking about it.  Does anyone have any experience or comments on the Rockwell adjustable?  I know they have several models, so not sure at the moment which one I may be interested in, but I really like the looks of the 6C in Gunmetal.

For an adjustable you would be hard pressed not to get by with a Merkur Futur - from mild to wild.
