The Cackalacky House Pet
This is my most recent acquisition. I got it to replace one I had that I made some modifications on but did not like. It is a Hydo-Magic razor. It has the original blade in it (four blades left in the dispenser). This one will be up next week. Looking forward to some fine single edge shaves.

I started on Schicks back in '65. A friend convinced me that because of thicker blades, they last longer. I used them until the Trac // came out. Then, Gillette sucked me into cartridges: Atra, Sensor, Mach3, until the Fusion came out. That was too much for me. That is when I returned to one blade: Gem, Schick, Gillette DE. I even did straights. I like them all except for cartridges with more than 2 blades.
