Suggestion Customise the sub forums we only want to see?

Does this forum application allow users to "Ignore" topics and subforums? This way we can tailor our view of the homepage to our interests. I can't see the option in Preferences but may be it's an option that can be enabled in the backend?

I will look into this and see of there is an elegant way to do it. However - if there is a particular forum you don't want to see, Dirty Jokes for example, I can make it so you do not even see that forum name in the list. Just let me know which ones you want to ignore.

The application that B&B is built on gives users the option to Ignore subforums (and topics too, I think). For example - I'm not into straight razors so all subforums related to that don't show up. There are others that I ignore too. My homepage displays only items of interest.

It's no biggie if it can't be done here but I just thought about asking.

It can be done. I just have to buy the software. Let me find the right one to buy first.

I use the same software as B&B and a number of other forums - it is called Xenforo. It has 3000++ add-ons all of which have a $$ value attached to them.
