I live the Razor Emporium Vegas base Soaps, under $16.00.......IMHO very close to CK-6.

Mamabearssoaps. Long lasting, good performance, a ton of scent options
I think of Cella & Proaso, the the Coke & Pepsi of shave Soap, wash to find, reasonable, and they work.
Under $20...
For hard pucks, DR Harris pucks are a great value bc they last so long, have great performance, and classic scents.
For softer soaps, Stirling and Mike's are top of mind.
For creams, Proraso and TOBS... for a little more, Trumper's might give you scent options you prefer.
That said, almost everything is less than 30 cents per shave... But if cost per shave is your goal, buying samples isn't the way to maximize cost efficiency.
