Gin thread. Do you have a favorite gin or gin recipe

Gin had a we surged several years ago with loads of craft and local gin.
My favorite still is a German brand..Monkey 47.
Terrific just on its own with some lime , but it mixes great as well

I think it is hard to beat a well-mixed and chilled Gin & Tonic. Just the right amount of ice and lemon.

My preferred brand is Bombay Sapphire (yeah... predictable. I know)
