Modern ring materials?

Up & Coming
My gold wedding ring is hanging around my neck on a chain because I lost weight and nearly lost it off my finger. I was going to get it re-sized but still loosing weight.
I had a quick look on line and see that people are now wearing the likes of titanium, tungsten, steel, ceramic etc etc. all with plenty of pros and cons.
Do you wear a wedding ring or ring other than gold? If so what is it made of?

My band, now 25 years old, is mostly titanium, with just a yellow gold portion (about ⅕ the width). Light, tough; I love it.

Titanium looks awesome. Tempted myself.

I’m torn between titanium and tungsten. Tungsten looks much better and has the weight of precious metal but will shatter if dropped believe it or not. There’s also a possible issue if it needs cutting off! Titanium also hard but will scratch easily?

I'd go with the Titanium mate looks great polished or mate finish.
As for scratches most metals including titanium that's just life taking it's toll.

I had a titanium and after a week it was covered in scratches. Have worn tungsten for the last 8 years and not a scratch. Inexpensive, too, I have three different ones I rotate through.
