New year... new shave goals

New year.. new shave goals.
The Den is well stocked, a few stragglers on the way.
This year will be technique oriented, working on my straight technique, also learning the art of straight maintainence, strop, hone etc.
The DE goals to really find my"best" shave

What's everyone else doing
 
My goal is to add no more razors to my collection. Although, I would like to try out a Leaf Twig Razor. I am not buying one. I may trade for one though.
I also plan on passing on many of my razors. How remains to be seen.

I've got 21 razors, DE, Straight, Shavettes.. might add a SE to complete the different styles, of course, its only January 1 this might change by tomorrow lol
 
I have Seven Razor, 6 Vintage Gillettes, and a Goodfellas’ Smile Bayonetta DE Safety Razor, Brush's only Two, one for each hand, Blade plenty, Creams & Soap Plenty.

But I am looking forward to the Arizona Wet Shave Meetup that Razor Emporium near my home hosts in February.

Last year they started off with Coffee & Donuts, things only got better, had a PIF Table, and I left a few unwanted items behind, and picked up a few item I wanted to try. The hosting shops Owner - Matt did a great event, and everyone who attended got a Raffle Ticket. I won nothing but the lucky winner scored over 2K in items retail value, I could not believe all the great stuff in raffle.

So if your in Phoenix, Arizona - Saturday, February 21st., 2026, do like they use to say on Let's Make A Deal, come on down. Un derstand more Vendors are coming as date comes closer.

This is the year I enjoy what I already have in my Den. THe only big addition will be the purchase of a Carbon Razor. Probably the copper one. I will support Never Alone from TRC and a few new offerings from A&E. Besides those my soap and splash collection will remain pretty much as it is. I look forward to standing pat for the most part. I have enough.
