Tabac After Shave Balm

This is my second shave of November, and my first shave with the Leaf Branch Single Half Double Edge razor (SHaDE). I thought I was buying a refill puck of Tabac, but it turned out to be Tabac Luxury Soap. I am hoping it will work for shaving, too.

The Tabac Luxury Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #2 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Leaf Branch SHaDE Razor and a Gillette Silver Blue SS Half Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor: 1960 Gillette Fatboy // Blade: Gillette yellow // Soap: MWF // Brush: Simpson X2L best Badger // Aftershave: TFS Witch Hazel

What a mighty fine shave this was.

2,5 gentle and smooth passes on setting 6 which ended in a BBS finish. No words needed for this soap, it is among the best out there.

10 out of 10
