After not shaving yesterday, this shave really felt great.
The tobacco-scented soap is very subtile and the sud are super.
The WR1 is one of my favorite tools.
Don't reach for the Royall Muske often, but I should.​

A couple of Gillette razors, including the oldest razor in my collection. And then a couple of Frenchies

I think I am about ready to commit to another 3017. But there are a couple of setups that I want to use before I start, and this was one of them. Iced Pineapple is my absolute favorite soap and AS.

The shave with the FaTip was a little underwhelming. Unfortunately it doesn't shave as good as it looks. It is a very mild razor and I found there holding the angle was a little difficult with it. Oh well, more stubble for the next shave!

Soap and AS: Black Ship Grooming Queen Anne's Revenge

The Gillette Old types don't play around. Not bad for a razor that was made 113 year ago. This one is the oldest razor in my collection and it is amazing. Not for the faint of heart, the old types with a modern blade are quite aggressive. But when you ride the cap with them they really smooth out!

I didn't know Queen Anne's Revenge was an a Aventus dupe when I bought it, but that's ok with me, it is a great fragrance none the less. With really good scent strength of the puck and the AS is bordering on EdT in term of scent strength.

Brush: Oumo Titan Royal Woods
Soap: Soap Commander Gusto
AS: Soap Smooth Frozen Cranberry

And so it begins, I am going to 3017 this tub of Soap Commander Gusto. Today I took a big swipe at it with with the massive 30mm Oumo Titan. I also paired it with one of my favorite stand alone splashes, Frozen Cranberry from Soap Smooth. Huge menthol hit and a wonderfully tangy cranberry scent

Brush : Doug Corn Stubby 35mm
Soap: Soap Commander Gusto
AS: Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill

The Leresche #34 might be the King of the old types in my den. Such a phenomenal shave this morning. No pressure, just wipe away the lather and the whiskers. The soap Commander is fantastic, I forgot how good it is .
