- You must be a registered member of Shave & Chat
- In order to post in this section, you must have at least 14 days of membership and 10 quality posts. You also must be active in the forum.
- Members can have any number of ads; however, please remember to mark your listing as “Completed” so that we can prune the forum from time to time and move the post to the “Completed” section.
- Each listing MUST have a photo. The photo must include a handwritten note, clearly visible, with the members’ forum name and the date.
- Each listing must have a description of the item for sale, including the condition and note any significant damage
- Each sale listing MUST include a price - no “open offer” or auction-type sales are permitted
- No negotiation in the thread. Do not negotiate the deal in the thread. Take it over to private messages
- Sources of payment - we strongly suggest that you use PayPal, Venmo, or some other secure method for payment, especially if the seller is not personally known to you. Using a secure form of payment means that the buyer and seller are both protected in the case of a dispute. Friends & Family transactions are strongly discouraged.
- What items can you sell? We ask that they please correlate to the main theme of the forum, which is SHAVING. Offering to sell alcohol, tobacco, firearms, drug paraphernalia, any illegal substance, pornography, etc is STRICTLY prohibited
- Please keep the discussion on topic, and do not have posts about price being out of line, price too high, etc. This can all occur during a private message exchange. If there is any bickering and bitching in the B/S/T/P forum threads, then someone is getting a ban hammer… There will be one warning given only
- When you make your listing, please use the tags appropriately. These are there to help you and us navigate and manage the forum efficiently.
