Razor: Henson Medium + Jürgen Hempel Ti // Blade: Pro Edge Platinum // Soap: Mike‘s Natural Soaps Vetiver // Brush: Ever-Ready N40 // Aftershave: TFS Witch Hazel

A great shave has ended. Smooooth and gentle.

The great smelling soap was lathered up with my restored vintage Ever-Ready N40. Lather was as expected. Thick and very slick with enormous cushion.

2 passes to be completely BBS.

Applied some Witch Hazel to close out the shave. Sometimes it‘s not more needed to be happy.

The Williams Mug Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #478 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Cobra Classic razor and the Feather Artist Club Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Nivea Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

  • Soap : Nomad Theory Magens Bay (Tallow). (UK)
  • Aftershave : Genuine Ogallala Bay Rum & Vanilla .(USA)
  • Weight : 102 grams. (Razor)
Hi all,
I had a lovely very close shave this afternoon with the Razorock Lupo 127 SS this is a well made and extremely efficient DE razor.
I resently purchased this razor from a local online shaving shop and It has not disappointed as I love close shaving razors the 127 has a fair bit of blade feel
and maybe a bit much for some wet shavers or beginners who are still working on thier technique.
You can achieve a single pass shave with this razor with the 2nd pass for touch-ups "with the right balde".
Really nice but not for every one.
( I have included a couple of close ups thumbnails of the razor)

The Nomad Theory magens bay is a very pleasing tallow based soap with a lovely fresh orange spice scent it lathered up well and didn't dry out during the shave
it provided good cushioning and great aftershave feel.

Finshed of nicely with Genuina Ogallala bay rum & vanilla splash my favorite line of bay rum aftershaves.

1 pass WTG 1 pass ATG no touch-ups.
No nick's no worries.

In Honor of HAGS Fifth Anniversary!
