The Palmolive Menthol Shave Cream face-lathered well with Jayaruh #224 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Supply The Single Edge SE razor and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Mennen Skin Bracer AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
 
Shave of the Week Starting 2/9/2026

Blade.............................Astra SP/Personna Gem PDG
Brush............................TRC Cashmere
Soap.............................TGS Shibusa 2
Post..............................Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
A/S..............................TGS Shibusa 2

Started the shave with the Astra SP and nope, wasn't working so switched to the Personna. Much better and a nice shave was had. First time out with the Pearl, it's fine and, I think, quite attractive. So my face is content. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Dragon Noir, Homage to Guy Laroche Drakkar Noir:
An aromatic fougère: fresh herbs, citrus, spice, and woody depth.

Top Notes: Lavender, Bergamot, Lemon, Rosemary, Mint, Lemon Verbena, Basil, Artemisia; a fresh, herbaceous citrus burst.
