All HAGs Sunday with a 68 year old Gillette TV Special! Smooth and Easy.

HAGs pre-shave glide, Omega EVO brush, Gillette D1 TV Special Flair Tip, Tatra blade, HAGs Cha Nova soap, aftershave, & EDP with Facelless balm as well. Nice to hear audible feedback again.IMG_3053.jpeg

Monday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Tabac Shave Soap
Olivewood Silvertip Badger
Red and Black Old Type by Tom White
PolSilver Super Iridium Blade

I started with the cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with the Olivewood Silvertip Badger. I did one quick pass and touch-ups with the Red and Black Old Type razor by Tom White with a PolSilver Super Iridium Blade. After a cold water rinse, I finished with Tabac After Shave. I am now clean, smooth, and refreshed.

A great shave with a fantastic razor. Hoffritz…what an honor to shave with this beauty.

Pre-shave; Warm shower, face rinse with MWF bar soap.
Brush; Oumo, Exceed (1) Classic handle in faux Ivory resin and Ironwood timber with an M9 23mm Manchurian Finest 2 Band Badger knot.
Soap; Yardley, Vintage Green label.
Razor; Carbon, CX-Graphite (Ti), with an Original (0.68mm) webbed base plate, 49gms.
From Sean @ Carbon Razors, the razor is from 1 of 2 ‘’Small Batch’’ runs, approx 30 razors in total produced.
Blade; Bic, Chrome Platinum. Sharpest/Smoothest I have tried to date, YMMV
Post-shave; My Concoction, No 2; Sauvecito Bay Rum 100mls, Witch Hazel 100mls, Moroccan Argan Oil 25mls, Bay Laurel Essential Oil 12.5mls, Vit E 5mls, Natural Plant Glycerine 2.5mls and 1.25ml of Tea Tree Oil Antiseptic (Thoroughly mixed together) aftershave/moisturiser splash!! ‘’Superb’’
Cologne/EDP;
Moisturiser;
Attar (Perfume Oil); Al Haramain, Khulasat Al Oud
Shave; Nice morning shave, great lather from a Vintage soap and a knot I’m really starting to enjoy. Nice close and efficient shave from the CX, 2 pass n touch up BBS. Lovely aftershave/moisturiser followed by the Attar, superb!!
