Pre-shave:- Cool Shower
Bowl/Scuttle:- Captain's Choice Handmade Ceramic
Brush:- Highlander Brushes 'Tabac' Classic 24/52mm Fan G5C Premium Synth.
Soap/Cream:- Soap Commander ~ Integrity (Unscented)
Razor/Blade:- Blackbird Lite SS Polished / Personna GEM Hi Stainless USA #7
Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Plunkett's Vita E Pure with Rosehip Oil (10 drops), Natural Plant Glycerine (20) & Tea Tree Oil Antiseptic (5)
Moisturising Cream:- Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Fragrance-Free (for autumn & winter season)
Fragrance:- Proraso Wood & Spice
Deodorant:- Milkman Furiously Nude Unscented (Australian made)

Aqua Velva After Shave

The WSP Formula T Pumpkin Pie Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #1 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the GEM Damaskeene OC Razor and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva After Shave. New Scent Wednesday!

I very much enjoy the soap base of House of Mammoth shave soap. Hygge just restocked and I have been looking forward to getting it, it arrived yesterday. I have Alive and Sonder soaps and they are great. I have gotten some other scent samples that were not in my wheelhouse. Hygge is clearly a Barbershop style and I like it.

Proraso pre-shave, Omega EVO, Timeless Ti .95, Tatra Platinum, Omega alum, HoM Hygge soap, balm, and EDP super smooth shave.

Here my Wednesday Shave (05.08.2026)

Razor: Rockwell 6S // Blade: Dorco Prime Platinum // Soap: SV Felce Aromatica // Brush: Nightdiver´s Manufactory // Aftershave: Paco Rabanne Pour Homme

Oh what a fine shave this was. The Paco Rabanne matched SO well with scent of the soap that is was a pure bliss. Spicy in the beginning and lots a Lavender after a few minutes. Lather was rich, slick and cushiony. The Rockwell did it´s part on plate 3 fantastic. Smooth, gentle and efficient.

10 out of 10
