This shave had me reach for one of my favorite razors and the one I get the easiest BBS with the Karve Bison in aluminum and for the software I went one of my favorite artisans in BBS Soap Co.



I grabbed for the Bison and today was Martin’s (TMNT/Michelangelo) inaugural run! And as always I got an amazing shave! As I said the easiest BBS in the business for me! If I could have one razor only it’d be hard for me not to choose the Bison!



I might own more BBS sets than any other artisan. I love Thanos’ takes on scents almost every time better than what they are inspired by. And Medusa is no different. I like JPG Le Male but again BBS takes the basic DNA and turn it up! The mint is more prominent in the dry here and warmness of the vanilla has a cinnamon spice that stays longer. It truly takes my favorite parts of Le Male and highlights them for a longer sillage. BBS again for the win!

Oh wow what a great shave this has been. So smooth, gentle and efficient. 2,5 joyful passes with a BBS finish. Outstanding.

Williams Wednesday's Cold Water Shave

Brut After Shave

I started with the cold water rinse. The Williams lathered well with the Jayaruh #425. I did two passes with the Schick Krona razor with a Astra SP Blade. After a cold water rinse, I finished with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Brut After Shave. I am now clean, smooth, and refreshed.
