Just go down to the bottom post reply and there's a box to the left that says attach files click that attach box , navigate to where your pic is stored on your phone / pc and click on your pic to attach you'll then get to make it full or whatever it says and then just post your reply with a message added if you want one.
 
This is me following my Mohs surgery today. Eating at Texas Roadhouse with SWMBO. I have just half a smile.
