Personally own 6 Vintage's, each has its own personality and charastics, and has it pluses, and minuses. Sort of curious what people think is the One Razor Old King C. Gillette got Right, and should have stopped production with that one last Razor. My little collect stands the time period 1933 - 1962. I have had people say the Ranger Tech was the Grail, the Fatboy was the Grail, no opinions, but sort of curious what others think is the ONE GRAIL King C. Gillette made?

I like all my vintage Gillettes. They all have subtle shave characteristics and are pleasing to the eye..IF you like DE shaving you have Gillette to thank for it..However,the razors just got cheaper in quality during the 1960s,but their blades were top shelf..
..as per the OP's question, the late 1950.s Aristocrat /4th Gen is a fantastic shaver and the last of the classy, well made Gillettes imho..
