What Straight Razor Did You Use Today?

Some challenges with my shave today. First, I’m trying out some soaps new to me and ordered some Cella after reading some favorable comments about it. Nice scent but the container is so small that it is nearly impossible to swirl your brush inside the tub. While a good soap I don’t think the extra work of figuring out how to work up the lather in a small area and the resulting mess are worth it. I’ll use it up but won’t buy more.
BUT, the bigger challenge was the collapse of the beautiful scales on one side of this lovely Leader. Pics below

Cella , being soft enough you could scoop out an almond size portion and press it into the bottom of a lather bowl and lather from there.Some challenges with my shave today. First, I’m trying out some soaps new to me and ordered some Cella after reading some favorable comments about it. Thank you - those are kind words! I was just drooling over your set of Saito razors, customs, and other fine examples.
Looks like we have a small but fun group of straight razor shavers here. Hopefully more drop in.
I'm convinced (fight me!) that there is no softer steel on the face than Yasuki; yes, and that includes vintage Sheffield!
