While attempting to load the Soap Commander it came loose from the bottom of the bowl and started spinning with the brush which made loading it very difficult. I think I'm going to have to chop it up or grate it and press it back into the bowl.

I chopped it up with my butter spreader. The also was still fairly soft so it wasn't too difficult pressing it back in. Hopefully it stays put.

Fantastic shave with the Eco and Soap Commander. Made a super slick shiny, sloppy, gloopy lather. And the soap didn't come dislodged!

Quick shave this morning. My only take away is I really don't like the Crown blades. Not very sharp and a bit tuggy I find this to be the case with all of the Lord blades, except the Platinums.

Unlike my other two 1/2 DE razors, the Yaqi is quite aggressive. It is very similar to V3A head. Much better shave with the Dorco blade vs the Crown!

I load and build the lather on the puck until the knot is full of soap and then finish it off in bowl marketing sure I have have a very well hydrated lather. Soap Commander doesn't get creamy and goopy like some other soap, it tends to be a bit more airy, but you can't complain about it's slickness one bit. The Black Mamba with it's DLC coating was sliding across my face like it was on ice!

First use of the Razorine Flatboy. The head holds the blade with a very minimal bend to it which really allows the blade to sing (aka chatter) during the shave. The head also allows for a very wide range of angles which can be used while still allowing the blade the engage. I used a more aggressive angle on the WTG pass and a shallower (riding the cap) angle XTG. The result was a very near BBS two pass shave .
