I had a great shave this afternoon with the Razorock German 37 Slant this is a smooth shaving efficient DE I'm almost curtain Razorock modelled the head on the original
Merkur slant razor (which unfortunately has been dulled down somewhat in the current version) I know this because I have tested the old and the new side by side.
The head works very well with the Ti halo handle giving it very nice balance in the hand.
It gave me very close shave with the Nacet Blade which are up the top for sharpness in the DE blade world.
The TGS Orange Empire AJ-1 formula is a fine non tallow soap with a nice citrus scent it gave good cushioning with a fresh after shave feel.
Finished of with cheap but ok Cusson's Splash only $10 AU.
1 pass WTG 1 pass ATG done no touch ups.
No nicks No worries.

The Tabac Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #476 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Fat Handle Tech razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

SOAP:
We chose scented vervain as the plant in the citrus family. Not only fruit and not only flowers.
Tuscan vervain grows uncontrolled. Walking through these hills you might spot it everywhere, as well as bushes of officinal sage. Its notes are an olfactive combination of a lemony head, a heart of lemongrass, and a soft base of lemon balm.
“The smell of vervain is Tuscan: Pure enchantment, clear colors, and sharp contours.”
It is a citrus candy; sugar-free. A solid syrup, acrid and hesperidic but absolutely bright. High, top notes, perfect for a ritual that takes place intimately and in your own bathroom.
AFTERSHAVE:
A post-shave perfume that contains cosmetic ingredients but focuses on its fragrance. This splash pairs with all 3 of the Agrumi hard shaving soaps.
HESPERIDIC ACCORD: It has been dosed in accordance with each citrusy note. It is achieved by balancing the common notes to the hesperidian family.
Interpretation of a citrusy accord without wanting to use hesperidic fruity notes. A modern petitgrain sublimated by aldehydic notes; tamed by black currant and geranium and grounded by notes of vetiver.
