The Nivea Shave Cream face-lathered well with Jayaruh #476 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Fat Handle Tech razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Nivea After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor: Ever Ready Lather Catcher
Blade: Personna Gem PTFE (4)
Brush : WCS Two Tone w/Omega 10049 boar knot
Soap and AS: Stirling Glacial Electric Sheep
It's been warm enough here in Colorado the last couple of days that a Glacial shave was needed to cool things down a bit. The shave with the 1908 lather catcher was superb. This razor can easily match the most aggressive DE's that I've ever tried, in both efficiency and blade feel.

Just received this Yaqi razor and brush yesterday. Last night was my first time using them and I really enjoyed it.
The Yaqi Ghost titanium is an ideal weight for me. I have aluminum and stainless razors but titanium feels like the sweet spot. There was no blade feel and perhaps a “hair” too mild but it worked well on 3 days of growth. I used a Nacet (4) and Zingari for the first pass WTG but I felt a little tugging so I switched to Accutec (1) and Bigelow soap for my second pass XTG/ATG and it was super smooth. My first impression was very good.
BBS- face DFS neck. Overall good 5/5
