Razor: RazoRock GC 68P DOC
Blade: Pathmark Super Stainless (2)
Brush Oumo Titan Royal Woods
Soap and AS: PAA Irish Coffee

Took a break from killing samples to try out my new PAA set, Irish coffee.

The Game Changer, what a fantastic razor. It's been quite some time since I've used and u had forgotten how good it is. Just enough blade feel to let you know that it's working but still very comfortable and so smooth. The OC top cap really aids in buffing as well.

Happy shaving!

Nice razor. If I am not mistaken, the first "DOC" razor was produced by Grand Shave King. I'll use mine tomorrow.

Still no 3017. Sorry. I'll just make it up to you all by being extra-pleonastic.
There's a very small "window" of blade exposure on the Feather. Many shavers
complain it won't cut their hair.
To that I say: "Poppycock".
Wonderful lather today, again from the Macduffs.
I love this stuff.
Finished the shave with the sadly discontinued Avon Premiere Luxe Oud.
Beautiful stank.

Razor: RazoRock Lupo DC
Blade: Pathmark Super Stainless (3)
Brush: TSD 30DC Meetup
Soap and AS: Stirling I, Rich Moose

One more detour before tackling another sample.

Stirling I, Rich Moose is a winner for me. It has a bright green citrus and fougere opening that is drying down into a nice powdery, slightly musky but still green fragrance. No regrets with this purchase!

The RazoRock Lupo DC. I feel like this is a bit of a gimmick. I did the first full pass with the OC side and the second pass completely with the CC side. I honestly couldn't tell a bit of difference.

That is a beautiful razor, Andrew. I have a Game Changer .84, and it is a very well-made and terrific tool.

The next 3017 has been chosen.

There's a goodly amount in the jar, to which I have transferred the product into my Aesop SS Bowl.
The OG tub is not conducive for heavy loading.
Look for a weekend mix up here and there.

Razor: RazoRock GOAT
Blade: Pathmark Super Stainless (4)
Brush: Doug Corn Stubby
Soap: B&M Barrister's Reserve Fern
AS: Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill

Got the sample of B&M Barrister's Reserve Fern locked and loaded in the stainless steel loading bowl.

Took a big chunk out of it in the first use with my biggest knotted brush, the 35mm Doug Corn Stubby.

The GOAT did a great job in returning my face to smoothness and the Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill nearly gave me frostbite with it's beautiful lemony goodness.

Happy shaving!

Razor: RazoRock BBS OC
Blade: Zorrik Platinum
Brush: Yaqi Professional
Soap: B&M Barrister's Reserve Fern
AS: Stirling Bay Rum PSB

Pulled the plug on this sample after tonight's shave. Both last night and tonight I experienced a burning sensation after applying the lather. I have used other B&M reserve base soaps without issue so I think it must be something in the fragrance. The sensation wasn't over powering and I probably could have pushed through it. But with a cabinet full of soap why bother?

I have already pressed a sample of Dr John's Conquest into the loading bowl for tomorrow.

Happy shaving!

Razor: RazoRock Mentor
Blade: Zorrik Platinum (2)
Brush: Oumo Titan Candy Cane
Soap: Dr John's Conquest
AS: Cella

The Dr John's vegan soap base really impressed me with it's sickness. Too bad they are no longer in business.

The big 30mm Oumo Titan loaded up enough soap and made enough lather for 10 passes, but I only needed two with the RazoRock Mentor to return my face to smoothness.

Razor: RazoRock Mamba 53
Blade: Zorrik Platinum (3)
Brush: DS Cosmetics Sunrise
Soap: Dr John's Conquest
AS: Cella

Going from the aggressive Mentor to the very mild Mamba and everything in between. This week of RazoRock razors has been quite fun.

The DSC Sunrise doesn't have a huge knot, but it is very dense and has a good bit of backbone and was able to dig in to the conquest sample quite nicely. Happy shaving!

Nice razor. Handle reminds me of the Super-Speed.

SMN~~Simpson CH2 Synthetic Badger~~Gillette New SC/Personna 74 (10)~~SBST Winter Reserve
Over-lathered for best results.
The New holds the blade tightly and has a nice exposure.
Smooth all around.
Winter Reserve for the finish.

Thanks, it is a replica of the red tip handle design. I thought it was fitting considering the aggressive nature of the Mentor head.

When the soap is of high quality, a 3017 is not too difficult.
Changing all the other players doesn't hurt, either.
